A registered agreement with the Minister
The land is bound by an Affordable Housing Land Management Agreement with the SA Minister for Planning, under section 192 of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016. It is noted on the title.

Each home must be listed at a fixed price and sold first-in-line. No auction, no bidding war.

Eligible buyers went first
The homes were offered only to eligible home buyers on HomeSeeker SA, the Government’s affordable housing site, for at least 60 days. That period has ended. Anyone can now buy, at the same price.
